1. Customer Relationship

You may register as a user of Aviador Oy's online store to order physical books and products. To subscribe to downloadable content (such as ebooks and MP3 books) you must always register. Registration is free and does not require a subscription. You can also become a Loyal Customer of Aviador Publishing, which gives them instant access to cheaper online rates. Registrants under the age of 18 must have parental approval.

Registered Customers get more versatile service and easier shopping:
- The customer information is already completed on the forms

Ordering without registration

2 Ordering

2.1 General Ordering
There are three steps to ordering: Shopping Cart, Shipping Information, and Summary and Payment. The items are moved to the shopping cart by pressing the Add to Cart button. The gray bar at the top of the page shows the total amount of purchases and the number of products in the shopping cart. For downloadable products, ordering is almost the same, but always requires registration.

The customer pays the price agreed upon at the time of ordering and does not change even if the price of the product changes online.

2.2 Shopping Cart

2.3 Delivery Information

Refunds of foreign deliveries will only be accepted if the delivered product is incorrect or defective.

3 Delivery in Aviador Oy's online store

3.1 Order Confirmation

3.2 Delivery times and charges

Books in English must be ordered from foreign suppliers almost without exception and will be delivered within 4-12 business days unless otherwise stated in the product information.

4 Right of Return and Complaints

4.2 Advertising
